TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any services purchased through the Site from SIA Prodatori (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our services.
 

1) Services Provided

We provide structured content distribution and marketing services designed to increase visibility and discovery of your Instagram content through niche-aligned placements and distribution strategies (“Services”).

Important: We do not sell followers. We do not guarantee specific results. We do not provide “instant growth,” “viral hacks,” or automated follower delivery.
 

2) No Guarantees / Results Vary

All outcomes—including follower growth, reach, and engagement—vary by niche, content quality, posting consistency, starting metrics, seasonality, and audience response.

Any reference to “typical,” “historical,” or “estimated” results is informational only and not a guarantee.
 

3) Eligibility

By using the Site or Services, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

You have the authority to enter into these Terms.

You have the rights to the content you provide and authorize us to use it as described.
 

4) Account Access & Security

We do not require your Instagram password and we do not request login access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and devices.
 

5) Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your niche, goals, and content direction.

Ensure you have sufficient content available for distribution.

Maintain content quality and posting consistency where possible.

Avoid policy-violating, unlawful, or infringing content.

We may decline or pause distribution for content that violates platform rules, copyright, or applicable laws.
 

6) Content Rights & Permission

You retain ownership of your content.

By purchasing Services, you grant SIA Prodatori a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license during the campaign term to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the content you provide solely to perform the Services, including placing or sharing content via niche-aligned pages as part of the distribution strategy.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all content you submit (including any music, footage, images, trademarks, and likeness rights).
 

7) Confidentiality & Anonymized Results

We treat client information as confidential and do not publicly disclose your identity without your consent.

We may reference anonymized or redacted performance outcomes (for example, “a lifestyle creator increased reach over 30 days”) unless you request in writing that we do not use your results in any form.
 

8) Pricing, Billing & Subscriptions

Most Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis and billed via our checkout and payment processor (including Wix/Stripe or another processor we may use).

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected plan price and applicable taxes/fees on a recurring basis until canceled.

Billing Date: Your billing date is the date you subscribe and will renew monthly on that same date unless otherwise stated at checkout.
 

9) Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal (if available) or by contacting us at henriks.biz@gmail.com.

Cancellations stop future renewals.

Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Canceling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
 

10) Refund Policy

Because Services involve time, labor, scheduling, and placement execution, payments are generally non-refundable once a campaign has started or placements have been initiated.

We may issue a refund (in whole or part) only if:

We cannot deliver the Services due to our internal limitation; or

There is a verified billing error.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of Services and may restrict future access.

11) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site or Services to promote or distribute content that is:

Illegal, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent

Copyright-infringing

Sexually exploitative or involving minors

Hate speech or harassment

Explicitly encouraging violence or wrongdoing

Designed to manipulate platforms through bots, automation, or fake engagement

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or terminate service if we believe your content violates these Terms or platform policies.
 

12) Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may involve third-party platforms (including Instagram/Meta) and third-party pages.

You acknowledge:

We do not control third-party platforms or their algorithms.

Platform actions (limits, removals, bans, reduced reach) are outside our control.

You remain responsible for complying with platform terms.
 

13) Service Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services to improve quality, performance, or compliance. If changes materially affect your active subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
 

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA Prodatori will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
 

15) Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
 

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services if you:

Violate these Terms

Engage in fraudulent payment activity

Use Services for prohibited content or conduct

Termination does not obligate us to provide refunds where Services have already started.
 

17) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia, unless otherwise required by law.
